What Fertility Interventions
Are Available?

Fertility interventions do not work overnight. You may get frustrated about not conceiving fast enough, and upset about failures along the way. One word that you will come very acquainted with is ‘cycle’ when doctor’s speak about fertility treatments. The ‘cycle’ they are referring to is the menstrual cycle. Once you have consulted your fertility specialist, they will be able to recommend several fertility interventions, which include:

Ovulation Inductions21

Used to induce maturation and ovulation of follicles to release one egg. The egg is then fertilised naturally via intercourse or through another type of fertility intervention known as intrauterine insemination (IUI).
