There are several forms of subsidy available for couples undergoing fertility treatments to help make your journey into parenthood smoother.

Singapore Fertility Subsidy

The Singapore government also has a co-founding Scheme for Assisted Conception Procedures at Public Hospitals. Eligible couples undergoing Assisted Conception Procedures (ACPs) in public Assisted Reproduction (AR) centres can receive up to 75% in co-funding from the government. To help couples better afford the cost of treatment for Assisted Conception Procedures (ACP), a couple may withdraw $6,000 for the first cycle, $5,000 for the second cycle and $4,000 for the third and subsequent cycles from the patient’s or the patient’s spouse’s MediSave. A lifetime Medisave withdrawal limit of $15,000 per patient for ACP applies.

The co-funding scheme covers: Up to three fresh and three frozen Assisted Reproduction Technology (ART) cycles. Treatment options include in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) and its variations, as well as gamete intra-fallopian transfer (GIFT)
Up to three Intra-Uterine Insemination (IUI) cycles

Eligibility requirements:

You or your spouse must be a Singapore citizen
You are below 40 years of age at the start of each treatment cycle (with an exception of the last two cycles of ART for couples who began ART/IUI treatments before reaching 40 years)
You undergo the procedures at public Assisted Reproduction centres (KKH, NUH, and SGH)
